Synopsis

⁣Young doe Jela arrives at a café for a date with her boyfriend. He texts to say he'll be late. As the wait stretches on, Jela grows increasingly nervous and loses her patience. The waiter, unsure how to react to her frustration, also starts feeling the tension. What was meant to be a romantic meeting turns into a tragicomic situation.

About Director

⁣⁣Author Ivana Šoljić was particularly interested in directing and portraying the atmosphere in film during her studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. Before animation itself, she has taken an interest in illustration, character design and visuals. She graduated from School of Applied Arts and Design, Department of Graphics. She graduated in animated film 2024.
