My name is Marat Barsky, I am an independent producer and organizer of events since 1996, the founder and organizer of the International Animated Film Festival — BIMINI (Riga, Latvia) and T-Short Animated film Festival (Karlsruhe, Deutschland).

I started organizing events back in 1996. In cooperation with my two friends, we have started to organize massive techno parties in Latvia. So, we worked together until the end of 2001, and then everyone went their own way.

A lot of public and private events were realized during my activity in Latvia from 1996 to 2009. Some of these events were organized both in cooperation with other producers, but some were organized solely by me personally. Some events took place in Latvia for the first time, including BIMINI festival.

All massive public events were supported by leading media groups, private sponsors and government.

My name is Victor Ovchinnikov.

I have started my jorney with Web development since 2005. I have worked with different companies and with different technologies.

I’m working with React framework last 7 years. Besides of the framework I’m using Typescript in web development and follow best practices when coding.

Responsibility and enforceability are the qualities I follow.

My main goal to deliver qualitative products so customers and users are happy.

My name is Vita Valdmane.

I have dedicated my entire life to art.

My works have been and are being presented at exhibitions and symposiums in many European countries.

I took part in several animation projects.

From 2003 to 2008 I created prizes for the BIMINI International Animated Film Festival in Riga, Latvia.

From 2021 to the present day, I have been creating prizes for the T-Short Animated Film Festival.
